Yesterday I was down on the trail with my snowshoes, and I felt so incredibly smitten with the winter wonderland I was surrounded by. Last Thursday I got to attend a master class taught by Brian Kest. Brian Kest is a well-known yoga teacher throughout the world. He’s one of the bad boys of yoga in my opinion. He swears like a sailor¬†(my kind of guy). He tells like it is. To me what makes a yoga teacher, a teacher, a coach, insert title here… great, is that they don’t tell you what to do.
